Leadership development is one of our core strategies for implementing our evangelistic and community development initiatives. Through leadership seminars, conferences, and formal school processes, we teach biblical and modern leadership principles to pastors and leaders of other Christian organizations. Our purpose is to equip them with new perspectives and strategies for evangelism, discipleship, organizational leadership, and small project management.

Part of our community development strategy is to engage each community through their traditional leadership structure in the project development process. By participating, communities demonstrate their need for, commitment to, and ownership of each project. Community involvement helps to ensure the use, viability, and sustainability of the project.
